Director

Carole Whyte

Carole started up Journey Recruitment in 2014 as she wanted to “do recruitment the right way!” and create a modern, vibrant agency with old fashioned values.  Carole is very proud of our company values and ethos and as a “hands-on” Director still gets a buzz in finding candidates their ideal job. Carole also has another job as she volunteers as a Trainee Counsellor and is busy studying for her BACP approved level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling.

Senior Recruitment & Marketing Executive

Alice Jenkins

Alice has a Masters in Marketing and is our in house Marketing whizz. She does this alongside working as a Recruitment Consultant and absolutely loves helping candidates secure their dream roles. Alice was previously an Account Manager, and loves building lasting relationships with her clients and making sure they are well looked after! Alice lives with her fiance Josh and loves spending her free time going for long walks, being around animals, weightlifting and eating at amazing restaurants.

Recruitment Consultant

Stacey Eagles

Stacey has 13 years’ experience in childcare, administrative and senior level support roles. Stacey provides excellent customer service to all our candidates and clients during her daily ‘’journey’’ of recruiting. Stacey enjoys travelling, trying new foods, meeting new people, and enjoying a good film. Stacey has moved to the UK from South Africa and is our resident “South African Queen”!

Business and Office Manager

Carly Spiller

Carly has 16 years’ experience within office management and senior level support roles with a focus on business management, operations and recruitment processes. Carly supports our candidates and clients with recruitment, she also oversees the office, staff and the daily operations of Journey Recruitment. Carly is a foodie and enjoys good restaurants alongside a glass of prosecco of course!

Recruitment Executive

Helen Gibbon

Helen has joined us from the Finance sector where she was a Relationship Manager for 27 years and brings with her a wealth of experience. Helen provides wonderful customer service to all candidates and clients and helps us with absolutely everything around the office. Helen loves swimming and cannot wait to get in the pool in her free time and is also a huge fan of Craig David, jetting over to Ibiza to watch him perform live when she can.

Accountant

Simon Newman

Simon has rather too much experience now as an Accountant, working in his field since the late 80’s! Although not a recruiter, he absolutely loves his visits to the office here at Journey Recruitment. Outside of work, Simon enjoys Saturday afternoons watching rugby with a nice pint of ale! Simon has a rescue dog and is the most sociable accountant you will meet!
