Our client are a growing company based in Farnborough who are looking to add a fantastic Digital Marketing Executive to their growing team.  You will be developing their  digital marketing plans to support and develop the business.  You will need to bring fresh ideas to the table to help shape the firms continued growth.

This is an office based role in Farnborough with a salary of between £27,000 and £32,000 dependent on experience plus a discretionary bonus.


Main responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Executive are:

  • Website support and development (experience in WordPress ideally), helping to keep the website updated and to work alongside our developers to enhance user experience and optimise website content.

  • Essential to have knowledge of both copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO & Keyword website content.

  • Social media content creation and management – scheduling social media posts across platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc

  • Social media analysis and reporting.

  • Google Analytics / AdWords support, development and reporting

  • Support and help to report on the management of PPC Campaigns

  • Monitor, analyse and report on results and performance.

  • Working on B2B Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Development of the company brand and messaging whilst keeping updated with new marketing trends and developments

  • Coordinating invoice records, admin and updating budgets

Skills required for the Digital Marketing Executive:

  • Ideally degree level educated, CIM qualification or 3 years+ equivalent working experience

  • Experience working on marketing campaigns and reporting

  • Comfortable with metrics / analytics / evaluating effectiveness of comms using data

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be ideal – Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express (Not essential)

  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

  • Effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills

  • Computer literate – competent in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
